Your Filton branch has a definite advantage given that you have a Tempur Pod! The lady assistant that we spoke to had excellant knowledge of the product which is why we contacted them by phone at a later date, and ultimately placed the order.

I was greated on entry in a warm friendly manner. I was not "pounced" on but help was available if I needed it. I was advised of all my options and left with the perfect bed for me.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, relaxed and kind to our children and us, not at all pushy, helpful with just the right amount of support.
