The advisor, Alan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Understood our requirements and advised us accordingly. He advised us to try out the products in the Tempur demonstration room, which was extremely helpful. He also showed us products online that were not available in the store.

Abbi the Dream assistant who served was very knowledgeable regarding the individual mattress types and took the time to understand what type of mattress would best suit our needs. There was no rushing and we felt very comfortable with trying individual mattresses.
