The staff were very knowledgeable , they must go through a lot of training, I didn't realise how much you need to know about a mattress and pillow etc, well done dreams filton

We were greeted with a warm welcome and told to spend at least three minutes on each of the beds we wanted to try out. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and it was all handled warmly and confidently by Grace, whose product knowledge, professionalism and courteousness were exemplary.

I returned to this shop to buy a sofa bed that I viewed on line. I went to the shop to see if I could view the product, but unfortunately their was not one in store. However, I was served by Grace, who helped me purchase a bed last year. I was pleased to see a familiar face and it was positive to know that people stay in jobs. This gives me confidence in the shop and confidence that this business can retain staff, which encouraged me to return to the shop and buy this product from Dreams.

Staff very friendly and banterous! Knowledgeable and helpful with information about Dream's pillow range. Catered for my needs and allowed me to try out all the pillows, couldn't have asked for a better service. Nice, quiet atmosphere in store. Overall a positive shopping experience.

My partner and I purchased our last mattress online, and it has not lasted as long as we had hoped. We live very close to our local Dreams store, so we decided to take advantage of the expertise available. We were assisted by Grace in the Shield Centre store and, despite the differences in mine and my fiancée's preferences, she persevered as we narrowed down our choices. Each new option was explained thoroughly and Grace outlined why she thought it was suitable, taking our budget into consideration. It took us quite a long time to reach a decision, but Grace's patience never wavered and she was still smiling right up until we completed our order.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Not too forceful which you find in some places, me and my partner looked around and found what we liked and then a staff member was always on hand to help. The particular staff memeber who served us was Abbie, she was brilliant. Very natural and great customer services skills. She offered her help and also left us to walk around and see what kind off styles we liked and to ask any questions about the products. Also extremely happy with my purchase, thanks filton dreams!

Abbie was really helpful, knew the details of the product we were looking at. Explained the different Matresses well and guided us around the shop. She was really patient with us making our choices and helpful with processing explaining the additional protection and covers clearly. We would highly recommend the store. We have used Dreams before for Matresses and have been pleased with the quality.

Good customer support and assistance in finding the right mattress for me

The assistant (Grace) was very knowledgeable and professional throughout our visit. We were made welcome and were not rushed to make a decision around our purchase.

Grace was friendly and helpful, she listened to my needs and did not rush me to make any decisions. I love the bed I picked out and I was grateful to be made aware of store stock i could purchase ie a show mattress at a slight discount. she was knowledgeable and efficient. I am bringing my friend in in the next few days who is also buying a bed
