The customer service was very good- we were assisted by Grace, who gave some great, specific advice on how to go about selecting a mattress and was friendly and approachable without hovering. She also made sure we were aware of the available extras without pushing them on us which I really appreciated. We hadn't committed to buying anything when we set out and had only planned on giving some mattresses a try, but the customer service we received did encourage us enough to actually make a purchase and feel happy about it.

Really satisfied with the service that Alan gave us in buying our bed as he explained in great detail about the different tempur mattress and we didn't feel pressured or pushed to buy that day, now can't wait for bed to arrive. I will definitely buy at this store again
