The sales assistant Abbie was friendly and helpful listening to our needs and allowing us to try a variety of beds/mattresses. There was no pressure to buy and she knew when to allow us time to consider our purchase alone.

I arrived at the showroom late on a Sunday afternoon.I was met with a smiling sales assistant who demonstrated enthusiasm and willingness to answer all my questions thoroughly. I had already an idea which items were of interest. She demonstrated those to me and assisted with choice of a mattress.Also against what appeared to be an impossible task of delivery situation,she managed to secure a date within a few days which exceeded my expectations. I was offered a courteous and efficient service and will certainly return for further requirements. Good Old Fashioned Customer Service.

Served by Grace very knowledgeable about the product pleasant and polite. She took on board that my daughter has a learning disability and answered her questions a manner and level that she was able to understand. Thanks very much

When visiting he store we had no idea what we were looking for and Alan the sales Guy was unbelievably knowledgeable and very helpful and asked us lots of question to find out what we needed. I would recommend Dreams to all my friends. We choose a Tempur mattress but we are struggling with It. My husband isn't sleeping well on it, but Alan said with may take a while to get use too. So we will give it a bit longer. We will see ????

Entered the store and explained what I was looking for and was helped straight away by a very friendly and helpful member of staff. Order placed in no time at all, paid for my purchase and left the store happy.

Hello there My self and my Partner were Very happy with the customer service etc whilst we were in the Process of buying a new bed in the Dreams store Yesterday at Filton Branch Bristol. Grace the sales Lady was very Easy going very relaxed towards us and we felt no rush from her to Make a descision quickly the whole process with her from the moment we walked through the store doors till the end of purchasing a new bed etc. Grace left us at ease to think decide what we wanted to buy did not feel any pressure what so ever Grace was excellant i thought helped us so much in finding the correct bed we required. This was incredibly refreshing as I had had a frustrating visit to another Dreams store the day before. As a result, I left with a purchase I am satisfied with and a positive shopping experience.

Alan who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful. We learnt a lot we didn't know!
