Very attentive service. Much effort to ensure we bought what was right for us. And........from an ex salesman.....good add on selling.

The assistants were very helpful, advising on the different levels of firmness with mattresses and suggesting which ones we should try for our needs and appropriately left us to browse around and test some. A very good experience at the store.

Whilst I have scored everything as high or excellent, it should be noted that this is unusual, for me, My normal scoring would be "4" or High. It was explained to me, that your system accepts only excellent, all other scored equate to a Zero. As I do not want the staff member who assisted me, to fail her targets, I have scored excellent, My view is that there is always room for any person to improve on what they currently provide to a customer.

Grace was informative, helpful and not pushy. She made me a cup of tea and answered questions in a very positive manner

The saleswoman who served me was simultaneously very knowledgeable and affable and talked us through everything we needed to know whilst making me and my partner feel we were hanging out with an old friend. We were especially impressed with what we could get for our money and are eagerly anticipating the arrival of our new bed.

We were given a very warm welcome and directed to Abbie, a sales assistant with knowledge about mattresses. She was lovely...very warm and friendly and included my husband who is in a wheelchair in the conversation. We were asked if we would like tea/coffee and made to feel as if Abbie had plenty of time just for us. We were given sensible advice and no pressure to buy something more expensive. Our needs were listened to and advice given based on those.
