We arrived half an hour before store was due to close. We were looking to replace our mattress, but had no idea about what we required. After looking at the choices, feeling rather bemused, Abbie approached us and offered help. She advised us on the difference between the types of mattress and listened to what our requirements were before making suggestions to suit our needs. We then sampled some mattresses and selected the one we thought was most comfortable. Abbie answered all our questions and then organised the finance, as we requested. By the time this was done, it was almost an hour after the store should have closed. She still had another customer who required finance to be arranged! We were really impressed by Abbie's commitment and at no time made us feel rushed!

We found Anne to be very helpful she let us try various beds until we found the best one for our needs all other bed related products were shown to us and their merits explained.

Annie who served us could not have been any more accommodating. We went to the shop twice & each time she was lovely & very helpful.

Alan was particularly helpful. He was able to give us information IIon a range of products and gave us plenty of time to consider each and make our decision without feeling at all pressurised. I also entertained our children by providing an activity for them which we were very grateful for.
