The staff were very knowledgeable and explained the process of selecting a bed base and mattress clearly. They were attentive and engaged throughout without being pushy.

The technology used was very good, the sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgable and the whole process was easy and straight forward. Narrowing the whole store down to an appropriate number of mattresses to try. The sales assistant was also very helpful in identifying extra parts which make all the difference such as memory foam pillows and cold touch mattress protectors.

We visited the Dreams store in Shield Retail Park, Filton, and were served by Grace. She was absolutely brilliant, very friendly whilst still giving us the space we needed, great knowledge of products and really great with our 3 year old too, which is important to us as we can’t go shopping together without her but it’s not always easy to go shopping with her! All round fantastic service!
