I found what I wanted after checking other stores and web sites, trying various beds is the only way and the assistant Annie was great in her product knowledge but also gave me space to try without pressure. What more can I say.

Found what I wanted with a small discount. Staff very friendly but not pushy. Offered a cup of tea when doing the paperwork made it a pleasant experience.Also given 2 free pillows with the purchase.

Assistance was offered as soon as we approached Alan. He offered plenty of knowledge about the available products and did not pressure us into making a decision as we were given space to talk together without being overheard.
