Abbie was a first class salesperson. She was friendly informative and a credit to your company. We were going to go to Bensons to purchase a previously viewed bed but Abbie brought our attention to a clearance special offer.

It was nice to enter a store and not be pounced on straight away. The sales person was really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She knew her products well!

I first visited several days earlier to look for a new mattress with my daughter. The assistant approached us and offered some assistance which was welcomed as I had no idea of what I was looking at. The stores system of grading mattresses was explained and I was asked why I wanted a new mattress. After ascertaining the reason I was given all the details I needed o start looking. We were taken to various mattresses to try and then given time to ourselves. After a while the assistant returned to find out how we were getting on. I narrowed my choice to two mattresses and the assistant advised me to take my time and said it was important to bring my husband in to try the mattresses before I decided. I didn't feel pressured at all during my visit which is what I wanted.

We purchased exactly what we wanted for a price that was value for money.

Extremely satisfied customer from the visit to the store till the finance getting processed was a flawless process .. So all areas tick no complaints.
