We where warmly greated by the store manager Alan in the Filton branch. He showed us around the store showing us the different mattresses and bed frames. We found that his knowledge of the different varieties helped very much to help us decide what was best for us. Overall we were very satisfied with our purchase and visit to the store!

The sales Manager, Alan, was extremely helpful and very patient with my needs and requirements. He took the time to listen and answered all my questions. He then suggested different types of matresses and I tried out several before choosing the one that I thought would be best for me. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Overall my visit was perfect and I was very happy with the service I received.

I originally made my order over the phone for my bed and arranged to visit the store to add a mattress. The same person dealt with me and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful both over the phone and in person. Whilst they brought to my attention the more expensive choices this was purely to make me aware of the differences and there was no hassling to persuade a higher priced product just the opportunity to understand what quality I was getting.

Both Alan and Tracey were fantastic! Highly recommended.
