we returned a second time after purchasing a mattress in May. that visit was quick, efficient and easy, hence this was the only store we visited this time. the experience at second visit was as good as the first

I found that the assistant was helpful,informative without being overbearing.A credit to the company.

The store was experiencing IT problems but we were able to place our order and set a delivery date by phone later the same day. The assistant was attentive and helpful but allowed us time to look around and test mattresses.

I went into the store unsure about a mattress I had previously picked out. The assistant Tracey was extremely helpful, showing me other products in a similar price bracket that might be better for me, until I found a mattress I was happy with. Great service and very friendly

Alan and Tracey at the Filton store in Bristol were so very helpful and professional. Made us feel at ease when testing the beds and placing our order. they even made us a hot drink while we completed the paperwork. Very knowledgeable; answering all of our questions.
