Where to start. We entered the store late on Sunday, after a quick browse, Gemma approached us and asked if we needed any help. It’s nice to go into a store and not be pounced on immediately. Her knowledge was outstanding, who knew there was technical information about mattresses. She helped explain it in an interesting way so we could understand what that meant. She was really patient in helping us, she took the time to show us a range of price options, helping us to find the perfect mattress for us. As Gemma couldn’t process the finance, her colleague Tracey and herself both stayed late to process my finance application and organised delivery. We ordered late Sunday night, delivered by Tuesday - I’ve had the best nights sleep in a very very long time and am no longer walking up with back pain!

Assistant, Gemma did everything she could to help us and gave additional information regarding stock which was also very helpful.
