The assistant (Gemma) was well-informed and helped us to narrow down our choice by discussing our needs. She then efficiently sorted the paperwork without fuss.

While easily available for information and advice, staff did not pressure us in any way while trying out beds.

We went into the store, had some good help from the gentlemen, we choose the mattress and headboard, he didn't hassel us, he gave us information and gave us time to look on our own to discuss it with my partner. it was easy to place the order and pay and the experience was very quick and easy.
