Gemma welcomed us when we walked in, asking if we were looking for anything specific. She then took time to ask what we wanted and took us through the mattress options, and then left us to make a decision. She was informative all the way through, not pushy and gave us the right amount of space and time.

All staff were very friendly and helpful in understanding what type of mattress was best. They were not pushy and very patient when we were comparing products.

The gentleman who looked after us listened to our specific needs - My partner has MS and sometimes spends a lot of time in bed. He advised us on the best kind of mattress for someone with her needs. He lead us through the products available and let us make our mind up. He was very courteous and made the whole process pleasurable. I will be recommending using that store to anyone.

Gemma was attentive, thorough and took the time to understand what we were after, and answered all our questions.

All the Staff were helpful but not pushy and I visited the store on 3 occasions before returning to order. I am a repeat customer having purchased my previous bed from this store and will be coming back again in the future.
