The gentleman who served us (James at the Trowbridge store) was friendly form the outset, he wasn't pushy, he listened to us and gave us lots of choice from our preferences and left us alone to make our choice and have discussions. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone who was going to the store.

I first shopped online and that was a good experience. That offered me the chance to view the product in the store and the store locator worked very well. At the store, I was met by Charlotte, Validation Code 043A013632, and she knew the product and gave us space to do a good examination without being pushy which was nice. When we decided, she was efficient to explain all the necessary information clearly and concisely. Great job and experience.

Nice friendly very efficient

The customer service I received was very good; they had a range of products available and one that suited my needs. Good advice in relation to which mattress would be best. I did not feel pressurised into making the purchase and was provided with time to browse and assistance was available when required.

I was greeted by Jo in a really friendly manner not over bearing at all. Her knowledge was great and she showed me arrange over products that gave me options but not too many. She listened to what I liked and didn't like and picked appropriate products.
