Friendly and knowledgable staff who were happy to allow me time to assess the different products and did not try to hurry the process by selling to me, rather they allowed me to buy which resulted in a much larger order value than I initially planned as I could see the extra value.

After research online we visited the store to find the product in store and available to be tested. The assistant, Linzie, was cheerful, efficient and knowledgable. We think she is an asset to the branch.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and couldn't do any more to help. We were offered hot drinks, a quotation to take home and were not pushing us to make a purchase but wanted us to make the right decision. We went away to think about it and of course we returned. The sales assistant was really helpful, knowledgeable without being too pushy. It was good old fashioned customer service which is so rare these days.
