Excellent friendly customer service. Not hassled, able to take our time but always knowing the help was there if needed.

On arrival although there was a number of customers present Michael welcomed us very promptly and explained the differences in the colour coding on the mattresses & offered us a cup of coffee. Once he'd spoken to a number of other customers he came back and was able to answer some questions. We then placed our order.

We were approached by a member of staff in a non-pressured way. He explained what we needed to know in a concise way.

We were looked after by Mike who was not “pushy”. Provided information and gave us space to try the mattresses and decide which was right for us. He was knowledgeable and listened to our needs before making any suggestions as to which may be the right mattress for us.

Sales person Mike was very knowledgable, not pushy but made a difficult choice a pleasurable one

The service we received was excellent. We were approached as soon as we entered the store and assistance was given straight away. The sales person was called Max, he listened to our requirements and advised us on several options of alternatives available when a product was not quite suited to our needs. We originally visited the store to browse the selection and Dreams was the first and only place we visited. After spending time with Max we felt confident on purchasing our bed from Dreams as it perfectly met our requirements. Max was able to answer all questions and queries we had and we are very happy with the service we received. Max also ensured we had all information that we needed ranging from delivery of the bed through to requirements needed for assembly and care of our purchase I.e Turning the mattress, protection and warranties.
