Charlotte was very attentive when I went in to test-drive different kinds of beds. She was very knowledgeable, offered me a cup of tea and wasn't pushy at all.

We were made very welcome by Mick immediately on arrival and given a cup of coffee. He helped us decide the bed we required giving us all the options available. Once we had made our decision he very efficiently completed the payment transaction and agreed with us the delivery date. Very good service.

We were made welcome as soon as we arrived at the store offered tea or coffee had the way to judge the type of bed explained and given plenty of time to try out the beds for comfort and had the different types of mattress explained. It was a good experience.

The product range was good and I received the help I needed to find what I wanted in a friendly and helpful manner.

Helpful, friendly, no pressure, I had done prior research & James listened to what I wanted then advised accordingly, sale price of mattress was very good, store layout made it easy to identify suitable products.

The colleague was friendly and knowledgeable. I found what I was looking for. Some of the bed linen I wanted wasn't available but I found the mattress I wanted. I'm still waiting for delivery so cannot yet comment on quality.
