Fantastic service from the minute we walked into store

Jo (Trowbridge branch) was fantastic. She had excellent knowledge of all products on offer and gave us great advice. Very friendly and professional.

Mike the sales man really listened to what I needed and narrowed down the options of beds that where suitable for me , did not over confuse me with too many ,like the last time I went in and a different salesman did just that .

We were looked after very well by Jo. She understood what we were looking for and the price range we wanted. She couldn't have been more helpful. We felt that we had received excellent service.

Our Assistant Mike welcomed us to the store and was very knowledgeable and offered us a lovely cup of coffee. He left us to discuss things but was there when we needed to place the order. He explained everything to us and we went away happy!

Jo at Trowbridge was very friendly, knowledgable and hellpful without being in the least pushy but we ended up buying more itemsthan we’d planned which is testament to her salesmanship!

We have purchased from this store before and were satisfied then hence our revisit on this occasion! Clean store in a, to us, convenient location regarding parking etc and having previous experience, knowing the pricing of goods was competitive. We were highly satisfied in that we found what we wanted, the assistant was helpful and knowledgable and we were in and out of the store in 30minutes approx. I was also quite surprised at the speed of delivery quoted!

Easy, free and convenient parking. We were met immediately on entering the store and had chosen the product and paid and back in the car within 25 minutes! I wish all shopping experiences were as simple and easy.
