Had the help I needed and was also given time to look round store on our own before making purchase,

The member of staff was approachable and friendly. He showed us several mattresses which were all a variation on a theme determined by our conversation. He quickly identified our needs and guided us accordingly.

Our assistant Charlotte was very helpful when we told her what we were looking for,She showed us all the mattress she thought would be suitable after telling her what we wanted,Also she couldn't do enough for us when telling her what colour base we wanted and she went out of the way to show us different colours of the bases that were in the store,So all I can say is if a lot more shops had assistance like Charlotte so I want to say a big thank you for all her help she gave us.

As I entered the store I had now clue where should I even start as I was looking for new mattress and bed. Member of the staff straight away came to me said hello and asked if he could help? He explained all differences between mattresses and all about beds. After that I started trying some of the mattresses un straight away understood what I like and what I don’t. When I got down to choose one out of 2 sales advisor gave me some time to think about what would work better for me. Sales advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also offered me cup of hot drink. I found it really kind and it just made me as a customer feel a bit special.

The staff were very helpful and had great product knowledge. They were also very good at processing our order.

Staff (Mike) was polite and helpful, he knew his stock, he was very apologetic with regards the delivery times. He offered drinks to both my son and I, he spoke with my son regarding the bed as it was for him, he ensured he checked color and size when placing order.

Professional but not "pushy" assistance provided by Max. Good knowledge of the products available. Sale price attractive.

We were served by James and another gentleman (sorry I didn't get his name), both were excellent. They didn't rush us or play the hard sell game which I HATE. My partner has a bad hip and they really made sure his requirements where met, there was no pressure. All was explained to us clearly on the different types of mattresses available and the pros/cons. I rate their service very highly.
