Dreams - Trowbridge

Buying a new bed is an expensive and complex decision. I felt that the salesman in the Trowbridge store spent time making sure I understood the products and that he was very aware of what I wanted. I was encouraged by the mattress return option although I was very happy with the mattress I chose.

Went in specifically to get a decent mattress in a particular price range and you had just the one. Jo was also so helpful explaining the offers to me.

The staff were attentive and took the time to understand what we wanted. We visited the shop three times whilst considering our options and the member of staff who served us on these occasions (Jo) took the time to understand what we wanted and when we stated we did not want something, she did not try the hard sell, which if she had, would have caused me to walk out so well done to her. She also remembered us and even remembered the name of our dog. True customer service. Well done

we were greeted with a smile, we were left to browse in our own time then when we needed assistance Charlotte was there & she talked us through everything we wanted to know. Finally we left the store knowing that we had the mattress that we wanted & satisfied with our experience.

I was greeted by Max at the Trowbridge store and offered tea and his knowledge of the mattresses was useful so I found picking out the mattresse easier then I first thought

My wife and I visited the store in Trowbridge on Monday 11th to have a look around where we met Mike who was incredibly helpful and patient with us trying to decide what we were looking for. I returned on the 12th to purchase a bed base which we had decided on from the day before and again i saw Mike who again was extremely helpful and just made my time in the store so easy and comfortable we will definitely go there again.
