Visited 3 times when choosing a mattress. Each time we received very good service and purchased at a very good price

really nice person who dealt with me at the store. he was very understanding of my needs for a mattress and ensured that i had exactly what i needed. am extremely happy with my purchase.

We were helped all the way through the process and ended up buying a cheaper bed and mattress, in some places I know we would've been pressurised to buy the more expensive one, but we weren't.

We went into the store to browse, was welcomed with a smile, a hello and an offer of a cup of tea! Mike the store assistant was extremely helpful and talked us through all the beds and mattresses, he had a very good product knowledge and was very useful! We were offered to try all the mattresses and offered a tempur pillow to test! We were so so so happy with the customer service we received from Mike we returned to place the order a few days later. Couldn't talk highly enough of the whole experience

James the store manager at the Trowbridge store was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent plenty of time understanding my needs and helped to match my budget requirements. The other employees we spoke to were also really helpful in answering our questions. Would definitely go back to this store for future purchases
