Very good salesman cant remember his name i think it was mike with a beard he didnt pester you and if we wanted some advise he was able to answer any questions very good mike good lad

Visited the store 3 times, before finally making the purchase. Mainly due to checking different products that had been recommended. Each visit James was in store and happy to help, and let us try out the beds until we had made our decision. No pressure friendly and not pushy.

Although the store did not have the mattress I wanted the assistant was very knowledgeable and was able show me a similar one made of similar materials and from the same factory. He made me a cup of coffee and let me try the mattress for as long as I wanted. He also asked me what type of pillow I preferred and made sure I had the same type.
