Meg who helped us choose our new mattress was extremely helpful and made our visit to store an enjoyable and interesting experience. She spent a lot of time discussing the different mattresses to find the perfect one for us.

WELL were do I start we entered the store and we met by a young lady named Meg, she was very professional from start to end, she could sell ice to Eskimos she was amazing , she went through everything with us and if we had a question and unsure she would find out for us,( she was new ) , she was very patience due to my husband being on a stick due to a recent knee replacement . I really cant thank her enough, she was just amazing from start to finish. and for someone being new she has learnt a lot in the little time she has been there, that would be down to the others in the store we had a brief encounter with and was also pleasant. Mike and another lady I'm unsure of her name.

The same assisting member of staff took us through the process from start to finish. She didn't rush things, she gave us the time to formulate our opinions and listen to our concerns and then made good recommendations.

All the staff made us feel welcome and helped us choose the right mattress for us. They also made our little girl happy and made a huge fuss of her whilst we were sorting the ordering part. Could not be happier with our purchase and customer service.
