I was met by a lovely friendly shop assistant within a few of minutes of walking in. She allowed me to browse a bit first so I didn’t feel pounced on. She listened to what I was after. Showed me the different options of storage etc. Suggested alternatives but didn’t try to push the more expensive options onto me at all. Was very patient while I was making my mind up. Didn’t try to push a sale. Was clear when going through the ordering process. Very polite, friendly and chatty too. And another sales staff even looked up from doing paperwork/computer work to thank me for my custom and wish me good day.

Assistant so helpful and friendly, offered a drink, prepared and set up use of special mattress to find the correct individual type needed then showed what was available and told us about the deal on your pillows.
