I have a medical condition which made finding a mattress really hard I'd been In to several stores to try and get help but left feeling like i was being difficult dreams was my last hope and i went in feeling very upset but Charlotte was a wonderful assistant and took all the time I needed and listened to me i was overwhelmed by the help i received and wish i had gone there first i will definitely be sending family and friends in Charlotte's direction

We were left alone to look around and not hassled by anyone until we asked. We were shown the new automatic bed selector and then shown around the selected items. We only wanted a mattress and found the ideal one.
