Mike was very professional and did not do a hard sell. He was very knowledgeable and left us alone to make a decision. Had he not done this we would have left the store and not made a purchase. He pitched it absolutely right.

The member of staff was very helpful and knew a lot about the beds, also we felt not rushed into making a decision about purchasing the bed. We were also offered a cup of tea which another member of staff brought us with a smile! Very helpful on the delivery as my mother who was buying the bed hasn't even exchanged contract's yet but that wasn't a problem.

Charlotte at your Trowbridge store was cordial and very helpful, and her product knowledge excellent. Once we had considered and "tried out" our options, it took us little time to reach a decision, as we felt there was no need to search further. We purchased our selection immediately.
