I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed any help when I said yes micheal was very professional and took me around the showroom explaining the types off beds. He gave me a quote on the bed I was interested in and told me about the deal you had. I was in a bit of a rush and had to leave. Next day went back and we were offered a coffee Micheal went through the offers and got me to go on your magic bed. All the staff we very friendly and professional

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They tried hard to find products that pleased both my husband and I and they were very patient.

The whole experience was chilled, Charlotte helped us so much, she was so friendly and knowledgable and honestly made the whole experience for us. Give that girl a raise ASAP!

From the moment we entered the shop Jo helped us without being pushy, she was very knowledgeable in the products that we wanted.very pleasant lady.

I explained to Jo what I wanted & why; she took me to the 2 possible beds & talked me through the details of both. We then went through the figures. James brought tea & confirmed Jo's maths. Jo e-mailed everything to my PC at home. By the time I'd left (maybe 1 hour later) I had seen it, tried it, discussed it & decided to buy. The next day I rang 2 other firms for prices, but they only wanted to put a brochure in the post for me to read, & said someone would come to visit me, with a sample bed (!!) to demonstrate. Dreams are on my doorstep & Jo explained everything. Job done !!

V thoughtful especially as my husband is blind. Considerate of our needs, not pushy but assertive in explaining the difference between products. Kind.

Mike welcomed us into the store, asked if we wanted help which we took up. Offered us coffee and encouraged us to use the bed analyser. This showed us our best options and Mike guided us around the store to show us best personal matches. He then left us to have a look ourselves and did not pressurise us.
