when we arrived was greeted we just looked round was mike ask if we knew which mattress we needed we was both unsure at this time we try the sleepmatch which come up with our mattress choice which was a good thing made us feel better ,was offered a drink ,use of toilet if needed try the right pillow with each mattress we tried . service was excellent and knowledgeable man.

Excellent service by knowledgeable assistant. Good product information. Friendly and showed me what was available after using the specialist bed for measuring the best option for my problematic back.

Fantastic service from James at the Trowbridge store who had a great knowledge of your products, he was very polite and took us through your products slowly......hence we bought a bed etc.

We found the staff welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. We were offered a drink, which was thoughtful,especially on such a hot day. Charlotte guided us through and made helpful suggestions; she was also happy to answer any questions. We found the sleepmatch machine very helpful, in narrowing down the ideal mattresses for us to look at and try. It made the whole process simple and straightforward. Charlotte also discussed with us our pillow choices, to help aid in a more comfortable nights sleep and to provide better neck support. We felt confident and happy in our choice of mattress and look forward to it being delivered.

I have never bought a bed before it was made a very easy process by the member of staff who helped me. She had an answer for everything I asked and was willing to listen to any query I had.

Straight away on the dreams match bed, brilliant technology. Found the right mattress and came away with a new pillow too! Helped understand and explain the difference between each mattress and firmness.

The sales assistant was extremely friendly and obviously knew his business. We were probably awkward customers who thought we knew what we wanted, but after guiding us through all the intricacies of different mattresses, we came away from the shop more than satisfied with our purchase. I also have to say that there was absolutely no coercion in guiding us towards a mattress which we would not have been comfortable in buying. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and are both very much looking forward to receiving our new mattress.

Mike and James spent a lot of time ensuring we got exactly the product we wanted their customer service is exemplary.
