Max and colleague (Charlotte?) by his desk were friendly, engaging and helped make our visit pleasant and smooth. We were offered drinks and kept informed throughout the ordering process. All in all, a very good shopping experience.

We greeted straight away,offered a drink (tea/coffee) asked if I knew what I wanted (obviously a mattress) shown to the mattress screen thingy, then offered a pillow when trying the correct mattresses out.
