Dreams - Trowbridge

From the moment we walked in the the store Jo greated us and began a very seamless customer journey, she was very knowledgable but also considerate to our needs and budget. She ran through the entire range that was felt suitable to myself and my wife and was extremely patient throughout the process. This meant we were able to make an informed choice with some recommendations and we happily purchased our new super king bed frame at mattress today.

Saw Charlotte initially who was very helpful. gave us printed quotes to take home and digest. Returned a few weeks later (Charlotte on day off) and was assisted by James. In spite of being on his own in the shop dealing with several customers, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very patient with us while we were deciding which bed to purchase. Also gave us good advice about pillows.

We were very tricky and fussy customers who came in 3 separate times! Mike went out of his way to help us out and he was fantastic. Never ending patience for our questions and full of advice. He deserves a raise!

the employee that helped us was excellent, we weren’t pressured to buy at all and they were really good at helping us discover the right mattress, we were shown and tried various ones and i feel confident that we purchased the best mattress and pillows for our needs.

The whole experience was very pleasant. We had not bought a bed for 8 years and could not believe how things had changed. The technology of the three D visual was very impressive and Jo Listened to what we wanted and was spot on with the bed that was suitable and comfortable for us. The finance option was unbelievable but there are no catches. Even served tea by Jo in our Trowbridge store. Thoroughly recommend and already have 2 friends going in this week.
