Excellent customer adviser, allowed all the time I needed to try and retry the recommended mattresses. Was persuasive rather than pushy in discussing additional products. No wasted time and excellent health protection.

We were looked after from the time we walked through the door until the time we left

On entering the store we were immediately approached by a shop assistant, Meg. She, along with her manager James were extremely polite and helpful. They did everything they could to meet our very specific requirements. They looked online and phoned other stores to ask questions about stock of the items we were interested in and gave us lots of information.

Max was very helpful

Excellent service and advice without being too pushy. Only criticism would be that I wishbone was wearing a mask.

The staff we so friendly and approachable, I could not fault the service I had from Lindsey in the Trowbridge store, she made sure she asked the right questions to meet my needs and the store manger was also very accommodating when I mentioned I had a new build house, so didn’t have an exact date for delivery. 10/10 for customer service. They are the reason I would visit again

Linzi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as I had to leave the store and go home when I came back she was with another customer so James the store manager took over both very professional and helpful even though I had gone into the shop on impulse and was wearing my tatty garden clothes I was not made to feel inferior
