Dreams - Trowbridge

Max in the Trowbridge store was very friendly, professional and took time to listen and establish exactly what our needs where. There was no high pressure sales tactics used, just good old fashioned customer service and product knowledge. Our shopping experience was effortless and stress free from start to finish.

Fantastic staff. Mike, Charlotte and Jo could not have been more helpful. They spent a long time with us ensuring we got the beds we wanted, especially as we needed a quick delivery. Prices were extremely competitive and with the extras (pillows etc) included we are more than happy with the price we paid. This is the 4th time we have shopped for beds at Dreams, it won’t be the last.

The store is well laid out, well maintained, the gentleman who served me made sure I got what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me which is a refreshing change compared to some companies

The service I received was friendly and knowledgeable. I left with a mattress, which although more expensive than I was imagining spending, suited my needs and is of excellent quality and made in the UK using natural materials. This is my first ever new mattress purchase and the whole experience was much more pleasant than I was expecting from such a large chain store.
