It was possible to browse without pressure but we were able to ask about anything we needed to ask about. The offer of tea or coffee was very welcome and the provision of decaff. coffee was great. The whole experience was painless and pressure-free.

We were just going to purchase a new mattress. We had the bed hi tech machine for recommendations and tried these out.... no pressure from dreams but felt Jo knew what would be best also based on our response. She had good knowledge and we felt confident in our final choice

As a wheelchair user I found the layout of the store excellent and was able to move around the store with little difficulty. Your Dreams Colleague Charlotte had an excellent knowledge of the construction of the beds and mattress which help to determine which items I purchased. I was also able to easily try 3 mattresses with out physical help which made a nice change.
