Mike was highly knowledgable. My husband has back issues and he showed us around with ease to find the right mattress that would suit us both and support my husbands back.

James has very good customer skills. He wasn't pushy at all. We smiled throughout and even left laughing. Thanks to James's knowledge we have been sleeping really well on our new mattress!

Very satisfied by the James (the guy who served us) he was very knowledgeable informative & polite, making the whole shopping experience very easy. Christopher & mate the delivery men were also very efficient & polite, who unwrapped the mattress and placed it on the bed which I could not have done myself as I'm recovering from an abdominal operation .We would both like to pass on our thanks to all concerned. The layout of the shop was practical and easy to navigate around he products which were clearly marked up. The level of customer service and assistance given was excellent.

We were offered the ‘best bed for you’ Analysis, on arrival and this was done patiently and with answers to all our questions- there was no big push to make a sale, but Max was there if we needed him whilst we took our time trying and considering the best mattress for us.

Charlotte was very helpful and knowledgable and not too pushy. Gave us help but also the opportunity to look by ourselves.

I visited Dreams to purchase a new mattress as my current one is falling apart. I was approached by a lovely gentleman (Max), upon entry to the store, who asked if I needed any help. As I didn't really know what I was doing at all, he started me out on the 'Sleep Match' machine, which was weird! I was interested to see that I would have been going for the absolute wrong mattress if I was left to my own devices, as it said I should be trying Very Firm. We then went through and tried all of the mattresses it recommended, and it clearly saved the best for last! As we were traipsing about the store we noticed that they'd actually just got in stock the new sofabed we'd been considering buying, but would have to travel a bit to try out in person. Max was more than happy to assist in opening it out for us, and we decided to buy that too! Which saved us a journey, but made my purse feel a lot lighter! Then we went through all the gumph, I got an 8 year mattress guarantee, we get delivery on a day I'm already off work, and they're even taking away the old sofa and mattress! Overall I was incredibly pleased with the entire experience, and look forward to receiving my purchases.

We were met by Mike who approached us as we started browsing the store. He was friendly and offered to help. We were offered options based on our results from the fab software available in the store. We were offered tea or coffee and he walked us round explaining the differences between the mattresses. We were then given time to browse and look at the options ourselves. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase. We made a decision on our favorite and Mike explained our options. The buying process was quick and easy, the only negative is that the earliest delivery was a week later. We left with pillows and a mattress protector though. Mike was great and a credit to your company

I was assisted by Mike at the Trowbridge store, who was very knowledgeable, and was also spot on with his ability to leave me in peace to try out mattresses (which I was uncomfortable about before I entered the store), but to be there at the right time to ask questions & advise.
