Staff were friendly and helpful, we were made to feel comfortable and offered refreshments while we made our purchase.

As soon as we walked into the store we were noticed, we were asked whet we were interested in, we needed to try the computerised bed to decide what type of bed we needed, this was done within 5min we then proceeded to pick a bed in the mean time we were offered coffee, when we picked the bed we were taken to the desk and our order was put through. All in all very satisfied .

I visited the Trowbridge store & was advised to use the new mattress computer to see what mattress would suit me best. I took my husband in a couple of days later to do the same thing & we bought both mattress & ottoman bed from you there & then, paid in full! Great friendly staff & we spoke with the male manager & a lady. Will be in touch with names. Very happy customer

My husband has recently declined health wise and has a brain tumour. The staff treated him with respect and understanding. We were given time to try out different mattresses with no hassle. He was happy he was offered a drink and we ended up buying an electric bed on the day. I had planned to visit a few shops for comparison.

Well, this was the first time we have been to dreams , we had looked on line and had an idea of what we were looking for, but was not sure about the mattress itself, and new that we had to see and feel it first. from the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted with a friendly smile but not pounced on, we were offered a welcoming drink, and shown only the things that we stated we were interested in, never pushed to upgrade, the staff were friendly and extremely accomodating, even giving us time alone to decide together, we came away feeling that we have purchased the perfect bed, mattress and pillows for our needs. Assistance was given when we arrived at the store we already knew we wanted to buy a bed and pillows. The sale assistance was very helpful and very knowledgeable and made good suggestions. Very satisfied with end result.
