Max was both knowledgeable and friendly while being very helpful, dealing with the conflicting needs of my wife and I.

We were made to feel welcome and our needs understood from start to finish - including an welcome cup of tea on a cold, wet , miserable afternoon. The assistant was very friendly and knew the products well, and she took time to helpful make our choice without pressuring us.

We were highly satisfied as the employee gave us quality and time, explained different options, offered us a drink several times, but most of all very patient and honest as I changed my mind a couple of times.

we were not jumped on as soon as we entered the store also after the salesperson showed us some beds they left us alone until we saw a few bed we liked then they explaned the difference be tween them and answered all our QU then we made up our minds on the bed we want

Mike the sales colleague was very friendly and knowledgeable. Service was outstanding.

The Salesman took his time understanding our needs especially as I was on crutches and had back and knee problems. He offered help trying the problems from pillows to holding my crutches. Everything possible was done to make it less painful. I was allowed to spend time on each suggested product and wasn’t rushed.

I had visited the store in Trowbridge and spoke to mike , he explained emery thing but as I was moving and didn’t have anything with me for proof of address I said I would return . Mike took my number and said if the product came up in a flash sale he would let me know . On the Saturday mike called to say it was in a flash sale , I was highly delighted that he had remembered and took the time to call , fantastic customer service , I went to the store that day and placed my order with mike . What a great asset to your team .
