Great store...friendly helpful staff

Max in the Trowbridge store was extremely helpful. He placed my partner and I on the sleep machine to find out what sort of mattress would best suit us. Then spent time explaining our options showing us the different choices. He went through everything thoroughly on our purchase. A credit to the store and company

We have never brought a new bed and mattress from a store before and didn’t really know what we needed/wanted. We were asked for assistance during our visit, to which we weren’t ready for so we continued to look around. When we were ready we approached the same lady and asked her a lot of questions about the products and the differences she was very knowledgeable and we soon found out she had only just started! Very impression. Purchasing was smooth and quick. Delivery available very quickly which I was surprised by.. I thought we’d be waiting a really long time. Yet to receive the product yet but very happy with the experience so far.
