Was very pleased with the performance of the salesman and his knowledge of the products.

We had very good service; the information given on the products helped us decide which on to buy. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We were not rushed at all. Found what we wanted at an acceptable price.

Charlotte was very helpful in understanding my needs.

Max was knowledgeable, friendly but not pushy. The store had a comprehensive selection and we found exactly what we wanted at a competitive price.

The assistant Louise was very helpful on our visit to the Trowbrige store, she had very good knowledge of the mattresses on offer. Both my husband and I did the match, and Louise talked us through it. On completion of this Louise then explained what would be best for us. What I liked the best was that we were then left to browse and try the mattreeses in the store in our own time, with no hassle. Louise gave us a fantastic customer service.

We were assisted by James and Charlotte. We got their undivided attention and they gave a very complete run down of products and matched them with our needs. The computerized bed measurement system was impressive.

I have always purchased mattresses over the years with Dreams. The gentleman that helped us in the store was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I have a disability with my back and the gentleman I believe his name was Michael suggested some options of mattresses which would be best for us.We would highly recommend Dreams and the store to our friends.

Max, who served us at the trowbridge store was so friendly and knowledgeable. He assisted us with choosing the right mattress. My husband and I went onto the machine that chooses the righr mattress for us and on getting it home and using it, I cannot fault it. Max also had our old mattress recycled and we have a very good warranty. We were even offered coffee!! Lovely store with lovely staff. Well done!!! 😁
