Staff were extremely helpful and friendly even offering me and my wife tea whilst they set up the order, we had a trainee who was very cheerful and was helped by the store manager who was incredibly helpful

James was very knowledgable

My husband and myself were both satisfied with friendliness & helpfulness of Louise, She made us very welcome and immediately offered us a tea or coffee and went to great lengths to explain about the electronic measuring bed and what purpose it serves.

Prompt and friendly service, with quick delivery time.

Laura and another colleague at Dreams we’re very helpful. Made me a coffee whist I lay on the computerised bed that works out what bed would suit my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble and after my purchase one of the Dreams team carried the 2 pillows to my car.

The assistant, Max, who helped us in the store was friendly and approachable. We used the machine which suggests suitable mattresses and Max then took us to each to try them out. He was knowledgeable and helped us make our decision. But at the same time I did not feel pressurised into buying a mattress. There was also an excellent choice to choose from in the store.

A Lady called Charlotte greeted use on arrival. She did not pressure or hover she politely said if we need help then she is available. She listen to my needs and wanted requirements and introduced me to a new kind of mattress I have never heard before which was a better match for me and my partner. She then did not pressurise me in any form. She help me explore all options and was patient. As a result of this I purchased a mattress and bed worth over £1,300! Would highly recommend the dreams store in Trowbridge will be returning for my partner in the next year.
