Dreams - Trowbridge

This was the third bed we have bought from Dreams. Every time we go to the store in Trowbridge we are always met with a very helpful and pleasant staff members. We are always pleased to be given a date as to when the bed etc will be delivered. The staff also appear to be very knowledgable and are more than happy to help out one of their colleagues with a query if they don’t know the answer themselves.

I felt that we were given the attention we needed and everything was explained well. We were given time to ourselves to test the mattresses but help was always on hand to answer any questions that we had.

Charlotte was really lovely and really helpful. Charlotte was really approachable and was able to answer all questions with ease. There was a slight wait before we got to the desk to sort the paperwork but this could not be helped, I was more than happy to wait and enjoyed a nice cup of tea whilst waiting. The sleep match bed was amazing and we managed to find the perfect mattress (hopefully). It was nice to see happy staff in a shop taking time to be with the client and all staff interacting with one another and other clients! thank you Charlotte for all your help!! Effective and quick advice from knowledgeable in store staff made it very easy.

The assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable about the products and gave all the time we required. We attended the Trowbridge store to buy a bed, but was advised we only needed a mattress, which I thought was very honest. We were never hurried. We all tried the 'test bed' and were shown the mattresses most suitable to our needs. My mother-in-law came with us and also ended up buying a new mattress. I think the service we received was excellent.
