Dreams - Trowbridge

Myself and my partner had recently just purchased a house. Choosing the right mattress wasn’t an easy decision for us based on choice and money. The sales advisor was so patient with us and knowledgeable to which we had made our final decision and made a purchase.

I was very impressed by the service i received at the Trowbridge store today

We found the store clean and well laid out. All the staff were friendly, helpful and very courteous. We were dealt with by Charlotte who was both patient and very professional. She showed great knowledge of the product range and understanding of our needs. We required 2 x beds and 3 mattresses so she was more than happy to spend the time needed in advising us and finding solutions to our requirements. We came away very impressed with all the staff who couldn't have done more.

Everything from start to finish was amazing. Exceeded my expectations and made my shopping experience a memorable one

Greeted on entering the store We were unsure on what the best mattress would be so was invited to use the sleep analyser to best choose our mattress Given a few options to try out with pillows After choosing the mattress we were offered a cup of tea whilst we got a full quote and charlotte and her colleague were very attentive and helpful

Charlotte was extremely helpful in helping us find the right mattress for mine and my partners needs. Showing us a good variety, her knowledge was great

Louise was very friendly & helpful. She explained everything we needed to know & answered all our questions.
