My wife and I were greeted upon arrival in a very professional and polite manner. We explained what we had come to achieve and the gentleman explained clearly exactly what he was going to do ensure that we could arrive at a solution to match our needs, which included having body requirements measured to match a choice of mattress solutions. As a disabled customer I found James's approach and assistance a breath of fresh air in this high speed world we now live in. He spent as much time as we needed with us and at no point did we feel pressurised or hurried to make a decision. After making our decision the purchase and delivery process was very easy and clear with delivery arranged for within 10 working days! We cannot thank James and his team highly enough for an exceptional experience that we wish all retailers could match. We would like to offer our deepest appreciation for this and our Best Wishes for their future.

We had no clue where to begin looking for a mattress, but the shop assistant shower us the machine and then walked us through the recommended options. Most of the recommendations where great, leaving us with several great mattresses to choose from
