Friendly, helpful, non-pushy staff who gave us time and space to make our decision.

We came into the store with an idea of what we wanted for our bed frame but needed some help and advice on what style of mattress we wanted. Straight away we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who got us to use the new mattress finder that is advertised on tv and then she showed us the options. Very impressed with the service.

Good variety of products in store to look at, clean and tidy, very helpful gentleman to assist me with my choice and placing order, happy there was no delivery charge, reasonable amount of waiting time for delivery, assistant was very knowledgable, i felt I had been given good advice, would definitely shop here again, price of products very reasonable

We were taken to the bed that we saw on the tv advert by your sales assistant Louise. She was very knowledgeable about the bed and mattress that we wanted. unfortunately the bed was to big for our bedroom and the mattress was too soft,Louise then sorted out a mattress that was perfect for our needs

Very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism shown in store (Trowbridge). Made use of the "sleep machine" to determine which mattress would be best suited to me and was given ample time to try out each of the recommended products on first visit. On second visit, tried out my two favourites again before making final decision and placing order in store.

Micheal the assistant was very helpful throughout the whole process. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
