Dreams - Trowbridge

Pleasant store. Friendly staff. Would be helpful to have automatic door for wheelchair users as I struggled a little bit to enter the shop with my father.

We came into the store in the hope of purchasing a bed and mattress. We had previously been in store for a 'sleep test'. We liked a bed we saw online, which was in store so we were able to see the product physically. We were approached by a female staff member called Charlotte who was very welcoming, bubbly and friendly, who asked us if we needed help with anything. We explained that we liked the look of one of the beds and explained to her that we also needed a mattress. Charlotte then showed us the mattress we were looking for and helped us choose pillows, mattress protectors and other products to go with the bed. Charlotte was extremely helpful throughout our visit to the store and was not pressurising to sell any of the products which put us at ease. Charlotte also explained the services Dreams offered in relation to product warranty. Furthermore explaining slat frame options and the differences in the slat types as well as payment options that best suited us. We left the store highly satisfied and excited about the product that we had purchased. We would certainly reccomend anyone to Charlotte and Dreams should they wish to purchase bed and bed frames.

The lady looking after us at Trowbridge store, Louise, was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. She could guide us in the direction of what we wanted without being pushy with prices. Louise gave us plenty of space to make our own decisions and advice to help us do so.

Very clean and pleasant store surroundings.Attentive sales staff and friendly, professional approach and handling of our enquiries and needs. Well informed and sympathetic to particular requirements; patient attitude; prepared to listen before giving advice and recommendations without emphasis or pressure to exceed price limits set out in conversation prior to negotiations. We felt valued and comfortable.

Max was very helpful and successfully steered us through selection of a mattress. My only small concern is that the item we chose was not in the sale!!

Good choice of mattress, clear info on POS. Charlotte served us and was knowledgeable, friendly and also, unknown to us at the time, stayed on beyond normal closing time to help us decide and take our order.

James, the Dreams Colleague who helped us, was fantastic...he really exceeded our expectations and made us feel very special. We felt like he was personally invested in giving us the most comfortable, healthy and affordable options...he was professional, courteous, warm, kind and extremely attentive and knowledgeable. We can trust him to ensure our best interests are close to his heart.
