In an informed manner, I was given proper information and guidance on the type of mattress I should have and was expertly guided through the options. I could ask for no more except a cheaper price, but who would not!

having no idea about the range of mattresses there is and not knowing how to rate which one would suit my needs it was most helpful to find someone who could advise us .

Everything was very relaxed without any pressure to buy or go for a more expensive item.

We had never been to a dreams store before, and as we walked in we were greeted with a salesman called mike, very friendly offered us a coffee which was great as I accepted as really needed a coffee... there was no pressure just pure kindness, helpfulness, friendly attitude, we must of been in the store over 2 hrs getting the perfect bed for us, when Mike was busy James then stepped into help with the same kind,helpful friendly service, we came in just to but a bed for 499.00 ended up spending all our savings on a bed & patters & pillows, we are in shock of what we spent, but would highly recommend this store; even knew max who use to be my old manger yrs ago which was lovely to catch up, this new bed was due to my very unfortunate disability now being still young is hard, but the mike and James went that extra mile to look after us, lovely caring guys, a real asset to your company I will be highly recommending your store to even a stranger if I over heard a conversation of someone talking about looking for a new bed, I just can’t thank them guys enough absolutely amazing, just going to take along time to save up again being on 1 wage. Thank you so much

What did to the shop have a little look around the assistant came up to me ask if I need any help and he he was very helpful put you through everything and gave me a very good choice

Louise at Trowbridge was really helpful and even looked after my daughter whilst we went on the bed that’s scabs you. Very happy.

Mike was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and more importantly did not push me to make a decision or favour a particular product

We were given information relevant to our purchase of a new mattress, all of which was so helpful to us and we were not put under pressure at any time to buy there and then, but we went home and talked between ourselves, came to the conclusion that we did and telephoned the next day to order the new mattress.

Mike was very knowledgeable, very helpful without being overbearing.
