I originally bought a mattress online from Dormeo, it was not what their 'sleep expert' described. I went into my Trowbridge branch of Dreams and was greeted and helped by Louise. I cannot praise her enough for her knowledge and understanding of my requirments. She really knows her product and was so amazingly helpful .The way she dealt with every aspect of potential problem with delivery was fantastic, we are in an exreemly difficult to access flat she made sure that the mattress has been ordered rolled,understanding that we were on a limited budget as we are still waiting for a full refund from Dormeo (over 3wks apparently they didnt enter the mattress as returned), she helped me make a minimum payment and explained FULLY the £65 mattress cover that I am more than happy to take up. I just wish we had gone to Dreams first what a fantastic service thanks Louise

Louise was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This made our experience of buying our son’s first double bed very enjoyable and Louise was able to guide us through the sleep match process. This ensured we chose the correct mattress and were very happy with our purchase.

Whole experience was a joy from beginning to end - from the machine to find the perfect mattress to the cup of tea gratefully received whilst completing my order.

The help that was given to us, we weren’t pestered like you get sometimes in certain shops but we’re politely asked if we needed any help or if we wanted a hot drink while we were browsing

The salesman was excellent, very knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. The store was attractive and had a good range of products to choose from.
