Friendly greeting great help nice cup of coffee while we discussed my needs Checkedmatress firmness in machine and then tried some for firmness level Order was placed promptly with an appropriate date to my needs for delivery and disposal of old bed I have recommended that my son and his wife go in this weekend to get their new bed Mike was very helpful as it is the first time I have purchased anything large on my own since the death of my husband at Christmas

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who were not pushy but gave gave us excellent informed advice. We were allowed all the time we wanted to choose the correct mattress for us. It was just a very pleasant experience.

As soon as we entered we were welcomed but not hounded, we were given time to look around for ourselves with reassurence that someone was on hand to help when and if needed. Once we looked around we welcomed help from store assistants who recommended using the bed to see what the best possible mattress was for us and we were left alone while the bed worked its magic as to not being watched while doing so. Afterwards the very friendly and helpful assistants showed us around the beds recommended to us with a pillows too to help us get a real feel for the products. We were highly satisfied and said we would purchase one the following month to which we did.

The assistant Charlotte was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions very easily and made the whole experience very pleasurable even though we spent more than we intended!!
