I had no idea where to look in the store for something I saw online, Laura knew exactly what I meant and offered a different colourway, I was unaware of choices til speaking with her, the mattress isn't carried instore but she directed me to a similar one to try, never rushing me through decisions overall I thought she knew her job well and made me feel comfortable with the choices I made. A lovely girl to have helping me with my purchases. Incidentally the other girl was busy spraying and cleaning surfaces I and some other customers had touched...very impressive.

James, the guy who served us and the only guy working, was just fantastic. I had zero idea what I was looking for, I just knew I wanted a new bed + mattress on a modest budget. He respected everything I wanted and was so helpful despite there being other people in the store, who he went off to help of course, but still made me feel a priority.

We were impressed by the overall courtesy, knowledge and enthusiasm presented by Store Manager, James. We already had an idea of what we were looking to purchase, but he helped us inform our choices by running us through the mattress/firmness test and advising of the nearest available product in store for us to use as an example. He offered us choices and did not hard-sell. We felt confident with the Covid-related safety standards that the store had in place for customers and staff, and the polite and helpful explanation of adherence to standards. On a hot day, a bottle of mineral water offered to us was also most welcome. We came away with an order we were satisfied with, at a good price, and were delighted with the delivery date offered to us - just 2 days after our move to a new property! Overall, an efficient, friendly service and we look forward to sleeping better on our new mattress!
